Michael Zebregts, president of Zebregts Homes knows that choosing the right
home plan is an important part of the building process. In selecting a home
plan, a "nearly" perfect plan is not good enough. Our customers
today have very definite ideas of what they want & homes have to be
customized for them. Zebregts builds a "flexible" product ...
a home that allows each buyer to incorporate their own personal tastes in
the floor plan as well as the decor. This is why Zebregts Homes utilizes
a combination of personal expertise together with the latest in technology
when it comes to new home construction.
Michael Zebregts began in residential construction in 1959 as a subcontractor,
gaining skills in every aspect of home building, from foundations, to framing,
to insulation & roofing & built his first home in 1963. Today you
will find Mike at the sites along with his brother, Ed, who is site supervisor.
You will also find his daughters, Mary Ann & Wendy, in office management
& sales.
Michael works on a specialized computer design program (CAD) that enables
him to give complete, accurate floor plans & 3 dimensional perspective
drawings. This presents our customers with the opportunity to actually preview
their custom designed home, both interior & exterior. The result: guess
work is no longer necessary, there are virtually no surprises .. just pure
satisfaction. And that is Zebregts' ultimate goal.
